I started this web site after losing weight on the HCG diet plan, I wanted to tell people how much it made a difference in my life and hopefully help others who have the same problem that I did.
As I did more and more research on the various fat loss diet programs I’ve come to realize that building a website around the numerous HCG diet plans wasn’t going to cut it. Unlike sweatpants when it comes to a fat loss diet program that will work for you, one size does not fit all.
America’s Obesity Problem
Obesity in America is a big problem, I hate that word obese it sounds like a disease you can’t get rid of and I don’t believe that for a second. The doctors tell us that if your 50 pounds or more over weight your obese, well I had 50 pounds I needed to lose and I didn’t feel like I was obese. I knew I had a weight problem, so from now on that’s the term work going to use, we have a weight problem and that’s why I decided to expand this site.
Back to my analogy about sweatpants, just because the HCG diet meal plan worked for me does not necessarily mean that it’s going to work for you. However there are a lot of good diet programs out there for you to choose from and it’s not going to be an easy choice because there are several factors that you want to consider.

The first being how much it will cost and the second and probably just as important is how long it will take. There are few other things to consider that you might not have thought of such as how much extra time it will take out of your day and also will it fit into your lifestyle, in other words is this a diet program that you’ll be able to stick with until you’ve lost the weight you want to.
You see that last point is just as important as the money and the time because if you don’t find the right program for you it probably won’t work. There’s really only two main reasons why a diet program will fail, one is lack of determination and the other is choosing the wrong diet program.
So it’s going to be up to you to which one you will be able to stick to until you reach your goal and that’s why I decided to expand the categories on my site so hopefully you can find one that will work for you, as well as the HCG diet worked for me.
After doing more research into this topic I found there are a lot of great diet programs that have helped a lot of people and I’m going to cover the ones that I think you have the greatest chance of losing weight on. I’m not gonna write about the next fad diet from Hollywood, I’m only interested in the ones that have been around for a number of years and have actually shown that are worth your time and money.
What Features Should You Look For In A Diet Plan?
So as your read through the various diet programs that I’ve written about there’s a couple things you should ask yourself. The first might be, should I find a diet program that has weekly meetings, phone or web counseling like the Jenny Craig diet plan, the Nutrisystem diet, or Weight Watchers, are you going to need that kind of group support in order to achieve your weight loss goals?
If you’re the kind of person who might need that to stay motivated than it’s something you might want to consider. If you are the kind of person that hates to cook than these three programs with their pre-made meals maybe an excellent choice.
Are you the kind of person that is very self motivated? Maybe you only have 15 to 20 pounds to lose and could just as easily get the information you need from a book, than you might want to look at the Dean Ornish diet, the Pritikin diet, or the new Atkins diet.
These three diets are fairly restrictive on what you can and cannot eat, actually most diets are pretty restrictive on what you can and cannot eat. These three however unless you have a good imagination and like to cook can be quite bland. Now whatever diet program that you decide on that you think will fit your lifestyle there are a few truths that were going to have to admit to ourself. One is unless you have some sort of medical condition the reason we are overweight is because of the choices that we made in the foods that we’ve eaten and also probably the lack of some kind of regular exercise routine. So unless we change these two things and make our weight problem a priority in our life we will probably never have the body image that we want.
Now I started this web site to let people know what worked for me. So I built this to give others good HCG diet tips and where to buy HCG online and I didn’t know when I started this diet that the HCG diet for men worked even better than it does for women, don’t get me wrong the HCG diet is fast and works very well for women to it just works better for men.
I know that’s not fair but that’s the way it is. So if you want something that’s going to be a lot faster than say the Jenny Craig diet plan or the Nutrisystem diet, although they don’t have the meal variety of those two you might want to look at the HCG diet menu because it is much faster.
So in closing some of these diets are going to be easier and some are going to be harder some are faster and some are gonna take a little longer to achieve the results that you’re looking for, but whichever one you choose unless you modify your eating habits and pay more attention to what you are putting in your mouth, once you’re off these diets you will just eventually gain the weight back.
Also exercise, whether you walk around your neighborhood for 30 minutes a night or try something else unless you come up with some regular, consistent exercise routine your efforts will be mixed at best. I’ll be doing more reviews on home exercise equipment that can be fun to do, you can watch TV or listen to music while you’re doing it, will not be hard on the body, anyone no matter how overweight you are can use it, and will be low or non impact.
