I’ve Lost The Weight, What Do I Do Next?
OK, so you’ve completed HCG diet and now it’s time to go on to phase three and you’re wondering what do I do next, what can I eat, and what can’t I eat?
The HCG Diet Meal Plan
This part of the HCG diet plans is referred to as phase three. This is also an extremely important part of the HCG diet because although you have lost the 30, 40, 50 pounds or more that you wanted to lose, in this phase you are going too reset your metabolism two a higher normal state.
It is important to adjust your body weight point and reset your hypothalamus in order to reduce or eliminate entirely hunger pains and prevent your body from storing abnormal fat in the future.

HCG Diet Meals
So for the next 21 days you can eat pretty much anything you’d like with the exception of sugars and starches. We will go over what it would be a good idea to stay away from in a few minutes but right now let’s discuss what you can eat.
Protein:
•Roast beef 
•Ground beef
•Ham
•Pork chops
•Liver
•Lamb
•Hot dogs, and Bacon go easy on these as they have a high fat content
•Wild game such as elk, buffalo, and venison are great because they have a very low fat content
Fish are also excellent source of protein especially salmon because salmon is high in omega 3’s. Other Seafood’s you can eat are:
•Clams •Lobster •Crab •Muscles
•Oysters •Bass •Catfish •Sardines
•Trout •Tuna fish
Just to name a few, most seafood is very healthy to eat just remember to go easy on the butter. Poultry is another source of healthy protein, however if you’re getting tired of chicken try Turkey, goose, duck, or pheasant.
Vegetables:
You may also go crazy on the veggies however stay away from the potatoes and the corn because they are high in starches. Some veggies you might want to try our:
•Cauliflower •Broccoli •Green beans •Brussels sprouts
•Bean sprouts •Jalapeno peppers •Red Chile peppers
•Radishes •Snow peas •Bell peppers •Zucchini
•Spaghetti or summer squash
Or just about anything green that grows in the ground. All these things would make a killer chef’s salad just remember instead of ranch, French, blue cheese, or any other store bought dressing try instead balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Fruits:
Fruits you can also go crazy with although try to stay away from a very sweet and sugary ones like bananas or grapes. Some of the more acceptable ones are:
•Cantaloupe
•Kiwi
•Nectarines
•Peaches
•Pineapple
•Pears
•Plums
•Also blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, or raspberries.
•And don’t forget my favorite watermelon
Dairy:
And also last but not least during phase three of the HCG diet plan you may eat dairy again, however it’s probably a good idea to attempt to find the fat free versions or at least the reduced-fat versions of your dairy products. Before buying always check the label for sugar content and Tran’s fats. Here is a list of some of the dairy you may eat during phase three:
•Butter, stay away from margarine
•Cheeses like provolone, mozzarella, cheddar, Swiss, string cheese, cream cheese, and cottage cheese
•Eggs however you like fried, scrambled, poached, hardboiled, or make yourself an omelet
•Milk buy 2% or fat free
•Yogurt try Stoneyfield farms Greek plain yogurt and add cinnamon and or fruit to taste
So those are some HCG diet tips on some of the things you can and cannot eat during phase three of HCG diet for the next 21 days until your body has completed the stabilization phase. It’s also a good idea at this point to start an exercise program three or four times a week minimum that you can stick with to start building muscle mass and improving your cardiovascular system.
